I heard that non-superstars got this message yesterday. I didn't get this message because I'm royalty-superstar. Stardoll probably wants that people would spend more money and make themselves to superstars(cause only superstars can use stardollars in paying and also you can change stardollars to starcoins only when you're superstar, oh and you can see also from the message that stardoll is advertising superstar-membership).
