Alejandra Barillas (25, 1.80 m, from Zacapa) has been crowned Miss Guatemala again, and this time by her second runner-up. Barillas won the competition in 2010, which entitled her to participate in the Miss Universe 2011 in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
