If you aren't from Poland, then follow these steps: 
1) Go to Poland proxy like proxyhideout.com/ 
2) Paste stardoll link (http://www.stardoll.com/) into proxy bar and hit enter or click go!
3) Log in stardoll and change link to http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/finish.php?id=1368, hit enter or click go!
4) Wait until page loads, then leave proxy!
Bow should be in your suite!
